Process Note: This is not a real-time event. The virtual inspector has to work around their own availability and the service writer or technician’s availability. Sometimes, this may take a couple of days to coordinate.
When you require maximum certainty, our in person inspection service means we will work on site to review your vehicle’s needs and the recommended repair. We utilize a trusted, local Automotive Inspector who observes the demonstrated failures, asks questions of the technician, and documents your vehicle at the repair facility. The inspector works directly with your assigned BST Inspection representative to provide detailed supporting documentation and imagery to confirm the necessity and scope of the proposed work. Your representative will then provide a report with our suggestions on how to proceed forward.
Why Go Physical? A physical inspection often uncovers subtle details that are otherwise invisible, ensuring we have the most complete evidence to effectively advocate for your best interests.
Process Note: Due to the specialized, on-site nature of this service, scheduling depends on the inspector's availability, which may affect the repair timeline. We prioritize communication and will keep you informed of every step.
